The last of the card uploads

Ok, I'm finally caught up taking pictures of the cards I've made, and uploading them to either here or Splitcoaststampers! Sometimes I wonder why I do this--but even if no one is watching, I can still go back and see what I've created.

The ivy is actually a stencil--I've only tried this a couple of times bur really like it. The Happy Birthday die never fails me--the DSP used for the Happy Birthday was really one piece. The Best birthday is actually made with a paper gift bag--just cut it apart, and the green Christmas card was another one of Dawn Olchefske's inspirations.

Cards from my upline

I've been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator twice now--the first time from 2002-2012, just 2 months shy of 10 years. The second time I signed up under Dawn Olchefske (DOstamping) just after the first of the year in 2021--so I have been in 5 years again.

Dawn has monthly "bingo" cards to complete, to get us to be creative--25 suggested card ideas each month. I love the creativity that our group has! When you complete a bingo card, Dawn will send you either a pack of accessories, paper pack, or card ideas to finish. Below are a number of those card ideas, as well as some of the cards I have received from Dawn--thank you, birthday etc. Thanks Dawn!

A couple more cards...

Most of the cards that I make with Stampin' Up! products I upload to Splitcoaststampers.com. Here are a couple more non-SU! cards. The birdies are from Temu, the "bloom" card is made with an Echo Park 6x6 paper pack.

All one color

Sometimes simple is better. This card is made with a musical score embossing folder, two circle dies, and a couple of punches, all in SU! pebbled path.

Shabby Chic

This is more Temu paper...I believe all of these cards were made with different Stampin' Up! color cardstock--they seem to really pick up the colors of the paper. Quick cards for any reason--you pick the sayings!

3 more temu cards

I am not 100% sold on temu yet--a couple of the stamp sets I have purchased don't seem to stamp evenly; however, for the price, I'm willing to try. The blue birthday card is a layout by Dawn Olchefske. The Christmas card is literally fussy cut temu scrapbook paper layered on SU! DSP.

Junk Journal Turned Card

A couple of years ago I went to a meeting at the public library to learn how to make junk journals. Although I did not start that rabbit hole, we had all brought a baggie of related items to make a page in hte junk journal. I turned this baggie into a card. The person that put the pieces together had a good eye!
